Returns

If you are not happy with a purchase simply return it to us with all packaging and delivery note, to the following address within 7 days of receipt and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund the cost of your order (refunds are subject to a £5.00 administration fee).

In order to qualify for the 7 day money back guarantee:

1. The goods MUST be unused. (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Items supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. The goods must be received back within 7 days from the day you received your order.

5. Batteries are not refundable.

Please Note: Packing and delivery costs on non-faulty products are NOT refundable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or deliberately damaged or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to refuse the return.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
