We respect your confidentiality and discretion. All orders are packaged in plain packaging.
All UK orders are sent using the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery service.
Orders will normally be despatched on the next working day.
All orders will be despatched within 3 working days of receipt unless stated otherwise on individual products.
If any part of your order is out of stock, your order may be held until all items are in stock before despatch.
If we need to contact you regarding an order, we will use the contact details provided. Our initial contact will always be via email.
Due to continuing attempts at online fraud by some non UK customers. Non UK customers may be contacted via email to confirm their details. If we are unable to make contact due to being given an incorrect or ficticious email address we may cancel the order and apply a £5.00 handling charge at our discretion.
